Method of preparation: Pour a bag of dry kvass into a container with a capacity of 3 liters and pour two liters of boiled water (35-4040). You can add 3-4 raisins to improve the taste. Cover with a napkin and place in a warm place for 4-5 hours to ferment. Then tighten. Prepared kvass cool.
